Getting to Know New Clients

As I enter the fourth quarter of my career, I am finding that I have some luxuries that I did not have in my first and second quarters. I now have more requests for my time than I have time. This is in part thanks to the many loyal guests who come back for their second, fourth, eighth or even 12th tour. Starting in 2025, I now require a Zoom or other video conference call with all new clients, along with a “peek” at their social media. I use these methods to screen new clients and to determine if we are a fit. I want to spend the last years of my successful career with compatible guests who are going to get the most out of their travel experience. These new requirements do not apply to those who have already taken a tour with European Focus.
